WHO WE ARE
The SheBoss Collective is a group of professional women with collaborative mindsets who are committed to working together to form mutually beneficial and supportive relationships with each other and other women professionals, business owners, and leaders. Our efforts are intended to not only show up as as a group to support events but help increase their brand awareness, gain valuable relationships.
The mission of the SheBoss Collective is to collectively support carefully vetted women-led initiatives, events, and causes that benefit the advancement and well-being of women, that support, recognize, and inspire women, or benefit the community in general, and ultimately become the platinum standard for what women supporting women "intentionally and collectively" looks like.
The vision of the SheBoss Collective is to debunk the myth that women don't work well together or support each other and to be a group of women who exemplify the concept of women supporting women collectively through the attendance and support of mission-aligned initiatives, including our own, and other notable happenings throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and beyond.
We show up together, "collectively", as a unified front, to show love and support for other phenomenal women who are doing amazing things. The goal of the collective is to be the live version of the "I am my sisters' keeper" mantra in all that we do.
Our guiding principles are our core values:

WHY THE COLLECTIVE IS NECESSARY
•Many women are still seeking genuine connections with other women who truly do support other women and who they feel "safe" with
•There is a lot of competition for support amongst women-owned businesses, events, and initiatives
•There is evidence of gatekeeping, cliques, and mean-girl behavior in the spaces women are trying to elevate and grow in
•Shortage of groups whose mission is to come together to do what The SheBoss Collective was created to do
