As a Senior Executive with over 25 years in corporate and nonprofit experience in economic empowerment, Latecia has been acknowledged for building strong relationships within communities. She has led complex community-based program portfolios designed to remove systemic barriers, expanded access to resources and information, and created measurable pathways to stability and opportunity. Her eorts focused on narrowing the racial wealth gap by expanding access to high-growth, in-demand careers, connecting women entrepreneurs to capital, and promoting generational wealth through homeownership. Latecia holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Minnesota, along with a certificate in Human Resource Management.
